Welcome to Sarvochch. This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of subscriptions, registrations, and services purchased through the Sarvochch platform.

1.Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting Sarvochch or through the dashboard (if the feature is available).

Cancellation of a subscription will:

  • Prevent future renewals of the subscription.
  • Not affect the validity of the current subscription period.
  • Not entitle the user to any refund, whether full or partial.

2.Registration Fees

Dealer registration fees, builder registration fees, architect registration fees, interior designer registration fees, and any other onboarding or registration charges are final and cannot be cancelled once the registration process has been completed.

3.Lead and Requirement Services

Any request, lead, enquiry, or requirement submitted through the platform cannot be cancelled once it has been delivered or made accessible to the concerned user or service provider.

4.Assisted Deal Services

Any service initiated under Sarvochch Assisted Deals cannot be cancelled once the service has commenced or resources have been allocated.

5.Promotional and Advertising Services

Payments made for advertisements, featured listings, promotional campaigns, banners, or marketing services cannot be cancelled once the campaign or listing has gone live.

6.Automatic Renewals

If automatic renewal is enabled, users may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation of auto-renewal will not affect the current active subscription period.

7.No Cancellation After Service Activation

Once a paid service has been activated, delivered, or made available to the user, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
