Sarvochch Deals provides an optional service called "Sarvochch Assisted Deals." This service is optional and will only be provided when specifically requested by the user.

Users may submit requirements and receive quotations from dealers on the platform without any service fee.

However, when a transaction is completed through the Sarvochch Assisted Deals service, Sarvochch Deals may charge a service commission ranging from 0.5% to 1% of the final transaction value for successfully identifying, negotiating, or facilitating the closing of the deal.

The applicable commission will be communicated clearly before the final confirmation of the transaction. By proceeding with such transactions, the concerned parties agree to the applicable commission structure.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting their requirements on the platform. Users must not misuse the platform by submitting false information, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.

Sarvochch Deals reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to users who violate these terms.

Dealers who register on Sarvochch Deals may respond to user requirements by providing quotations, product information, or offers. Dealers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product details, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and any warranties or guarantees associated with their products or services.

Transactions may occur directly between users and dealers or may be facilitated by Sarvochch Deals when the Sarvochch Assisted Deals service is used. While Sarvochch Deals may assist in communication or negotiation, the final agreement for purchase, delivery, payment, and product fulfillment remains the responsibility of the parties involved.

For transactions conducted directly between users and dealers through quotations received on the platform, Sarvochch Deals acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing accuracy, delivery timelines, or performance of the products or services offered by dealers.

However, in cases where a transaction is completed under the Sarvochch Assisted Deals service, Sarvochch Deals will make reasonable efforts to verify and ensure the quality, availability, and pricing accuracy of the products or services before confirming the deal.

Sarvochch Deals may assist in coordinating communication, confirming order details, and facilitating a smooth transaction process under this service. While the platform strives to ensure reliability in Sarvochch Assisted Deals, the final responsibility for product supply and fulfillment remains with the respective dealer or supplier.

All content available on the Sarvochch Deals platform, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, designs, and platform features, is the intellectual property of Sarvochch Deals or its parent company Namo Lights and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of such content is prohibited.

Sarvochch Deals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services at any time without prior notice. The platform may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
